After actual use by many customers, our high-performance crusher wear parts have a service life of 2-3 times that of conventional wear parts. Choosing our crusher plates can effectively help you reduce the frequency of downtime to replace parts, save maintenance costs, and increase production capacity.
Actual Case Study:
A large glass production company used a jaw crusher jaw plate that could crush about 170,000 tons of quartz stone, but after using the jaw crusher jaw plate we provided, it could produce more than 600,000 tons, and the service life was increased from 20 days to two months.

Product Material
The main raw materials of high manganese steel casting include manganese, carbon, silicon and other elements.
Manganese (Mn)
The main alloying element in high manganese steel, with a content generally above 11%. Manganese can improve the wear resistance, toughness and hardness of high manganese steel, while reducing low-temperature brittleness and hot work hardening tendency.
Carbon (C)
The content is usually between 0.9%-1.3%. Carbon can improve the hardness and strength of high manganese steel, but will reduce its toughness and impact resistance.
Silicon (Si)
The content is generally between 0.2%-0.5%. Silicon can improve the toughness and impact resistance of high manganese steel, while reducing its brittleness and porosity.
Chromium (Cr)
The content is usually between 0.5%-2.0%. Chromium can improve the hardness and wear resistance of high manganese steel, while enhancing its oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
Molybdenum (Mo)
The content is generally not more than 0.3%. Molybdenum can improve the strength and wear resistance of high manganese steel, while enhancing its corrosion resistance.
Cobalt (Co)
The content is usually no more than 1%. Cobalt can improve the wear resistance and toughness of high manganese steel, while reducing its hardness and brittleness.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What makes your crusher wear parts higher quality than conventional ones?
Our parts feature independently developed high-crystalline nanocompounds that integrate rare metals with high-manganese steel substrates. The entire casting process is digitally controlled to ensure superior quality, achieving HRC > 68°, matrix impact toughness > 119J/cm², and tensile strength > 1500MPa.
Q2: How much longer do your crusher wear parts last compared to standard parts?
Feedback from our customers shows that our high-performance crusher wear parts have a service life 2 to 3 times longer than conventional wear parts, which dramatically reduces replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
Q3: What materials are used in your high manganese steel casting?
The primary raw materials include Manganese (Mn > 11%), Carbon (C: 0.9%-1.3%), and Silicon (Si: 0.2%-0.5%). We also incorporate Chromium (Cr: 0.5%-2.0%), Molybdenum (Mo ≤ 0.3%), and Cobalt (Co ≤ 1%) to enhance hardness, wear resistance, and toughness.
Q4: What is the manufacturing and casting process for your wear parts?
Our complete production process follows these steps: Drawing confirmation → Mold design and making → Molding → Melting → Pouring → Cooling and shakeout → Cleaning → Heat treatment → Grinding → Inspection and painting.
Q5: What details do I need to provide to request a quote or start production?
If you have the drawing files, please provide them. If not, you can send us a photo of your crusher showing its label, along with the specific part number of the wear parts, so we can locate the correct technical drawings for you.
Q6: Do you inspect the products before shipment?
Yes, every single product passes through a strict quality inspection process before leaving our factory to ensure it meets our high standards and performance specifications.
