In the crushing process, the motor powers the eccentric sleeve, which rotates via the transmission device. This rotation causes the moving cone liner (mantle) to rotate and swing due to the eccentric sleeve's force. The area where the moving cone liner approaches the fixed cone liner (concave) forms the crushing chamber, allowing for efficient material reduction through repeated squeezing and impact from both the mantle and concave. Once the material is crushed to the desired particle size, it falls under gravity and is expelled from the base of the cone liners. Raw materials for crushing are introduced through the feed port of our cone crushers.
